Sunday Celebration Worship Service
The Salem United Methodist Church promotes a relaxed setting for worship. Dress is not an issue. Come seeking to worship Jesus Christ with others in a community setting and contemplate how God is active in your life.
9:30 AM Service
Our 9:30 AM service is a one hour blended service. The service features a time of singing praise and passion choruses and familiar hymns utilizing PowerPoint and video projections. The message relates ho the weekly scripture passages apply to our lives and how we live in the world.
Some weeks a children’s message is given during worship. The children ages 3 through 4th grade are dismissed to attend Childrens' "Funday" School the first two Sundays of the month.
Holy Communion is generally served the first Sunday of each month.
It is an open communion available for all who repent of their sins
and love Christ and seek to live in peace with one another.
5th Sundays
On the 5th Sundays our church celebrates together as one body by conducting a fellowship breakfast at 8:30 AM. Special musicians and vocalist often share during the 9:30 AM worship service.
